Overview

Notifications service allows an organization to manage thier own templates and styling for their notifications.

this new system has integrations to the below providers

Email

• Smtp
• Simple Email Service (AWS)

Sms:

• Clickatell

Push:

• Firebase

Important

Note: For the time being, configuration for these providers will be managed by AEx and will use accounts provided by AEx. in the future we can allow customers to manage their own configuration

Note: Notification types are managed by AEx, any new or modification to notifications will need to be submitted to AEx for approval and implementation

Note: Template defaults will need to be created before a notification type is used, this will be done by AEx
